Olufisayo Duduyemi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) with more than 20 years of experience across the financial services, FMCG, and energy sectors. He holds an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and a certificate in Strategy Execution from INSEAD.

Fisayo is currently the Managing Director of Axxela Limited, where he has led several major infrastructure projects, including the 12.15 MW captive power Independent Power Project (IPP) for Lagos Water Corporation and the construction of a 128 km gas transmission and distribution pipeline across Cross River and Akwa Ibom States. These initiatives have enhanced energy access for key clients, such as UNICEM Cement Factory. Fisayo is also the 1st Vice President of the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA), where he advocates for policies that promote the growth and development of Nigeria’s gas sector.
