Prof. George Nwangwu is a highly regarded expert in corporate finance, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and commercial law, with over 20 years of experience in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos, an LL.M from University College London, and a PhD from the University of Hull.

Prof. Nwangwu has advised on over 100 privatisation and PPP projects, collectively valued at more than USD 4.5 billion. He has held significant roles, including serving as the PPP Project Coordinator at the Federal Ministry of Finance and as a consultant to the World Bank and other international institutions. He is also the Managing Partner of Ratio Legal Practitioners and Ratio Consulting Limited.
