Engr. Olubunmi Peters is an accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience, gained both in the United States and Nigeria. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas El Paso and a Master’s in Highway Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.

Engr. Peters served as Managing Director/CEO of the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA) from 2006 to 2009, contributing more than 28 years of dedicated public service in highway design, construction, and maintenance. He currently holds several board positions, both within Nigeria and internationally, including at Roads Nigeria PLC, First Central Credit Bureau (formerly XDS Credit Bureau), and Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
